INTRODUCTION
Overlooks the sea and landscaped gardens atop a cliff in Uluwatu and placed near the legendary surf breaks, Uluwatu Cottages is one of the most popular resort in Bali to hold an event. Consist of 19 rooms, multiple entertaining areas and lawns that sprawl to the cliffs edge, this venue can play host to a small intimate groups, sit down dinning groups of up to 100 people. These guidelines are intended to give Event Organizers (Os) and their client's guidance specific to Uluwatu Cottages.
RESORT TO GUIDELINES WEATHER
The best times of year to host an epent at Uluwatu Cottages are from the start of April through till the end of December. From January till the end of March the winds can be quite strong so please plan accordingly.
VENUE INCLUSION
Catering, decoration and generator are not included with any venue price/package (have to be handled by Os). Banjar fee (a fee that should be received by a local traditional community for every event held in some area) is included with the venue rate.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• We have 19 rooms (10 standard double rooms, 4 standard twin rooms, 4 suite rooms, 1 wooden cottages)
• Room rate mentioned is breakfast included
• Max occupancy is 2 persons/room
• There is an extra charge for the third person (Extra bed subject to availability) there are 5 extra beds total in house note: not able to setup at Wood n Cottages
• 50% non refundable deposit are required to block the date
• Balance payment must be settle 30 days before the event
• Non refundable deposit for cancellation and force major
• Participant more than 100 people should be further discuss to us (extra charge applied)
• The price changes can occur anytime
• No pool staging allowed
• 19 rooms and 5 extra beds at the property can accommodate up to 43 people
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Security deposit ID 1,000,000 must be paid separately with event payment. This deposit should be received by Uluwatu Cottages in cash at least 1 day before the event. It will be refunded if there is no damage reported. Venue and parking area need to be neat and cleaned after the event held otherwise the security deposit will not be refunded.
• Stuff loading by vendor are allowed to start a day before the event (note: only for blocked out reservation)
• MC (master of ceremony) are responsible to announce all the participant to not lean, climb or sit along the rail/table at the cliff.
•Bathroom in the bedrooms are not recommended for public use and the bedrooms should be locked during the event. There are two bathroom available for public use.
• Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flower are permitted however they should be removed as soon as the guest enter the pool in order to avoid any damage to the pool (These floating decoration are allowed as long as all the room are being blocked out)
• Lantern is not allowed to be released due to fire prevention.
• Digging any hole to set a pole for any decoration are not permitted.
• Water usage to wash any catering equipment will be charged IDR 300,000.
• Any damage and lost during event are not Uluwatu Cottages responsible. Please to be aware with your own belongings
PARKING
The parking area is to be kept free for guest arrival and departure.
