- Max guests (main event): Seated 60 (weather dependant) Up to 80 Cocktail
- Max guests (second function): 40 guests
- Min stay: 2 nights (low & shoulder seasons), 3 nights (high season), 5 nights (peak season)
- Curfews: 11 pm for live bands and DJ at 12 am (midnight) for amplified music
- Property area: 2,500sqm (land)
- All events will be subject to a damage deposit of USD$1,000 payable in cash to Villa Manager on arrival and returned to the guest on departure if no damages and losses are caused to the property.
- Weddings can be hold in Sati and Sarasvati Villa only
