Dinner reception at Ocean Garden and/or Infinity Garden is compulsory for 5:00 PM slot time.

Peak Season Surcharge
Christmas & New Year (20th Dec - 5th Jan): IDR 500,000 net/ room/ night

Guarantee and Details of Events
It is required that Conrad Bali to be notified of the final number of guests attending the wedding 30 days prior to the wedding date. 
This will be considered a minimum guarantee for which you will be charged even if fewer guests attend. Additional guests outside of the pre-agreed number shall be chargeable.

The above minimum revenue require to utilize specific venues, applicable for food and beverage spending only.

Outsourced Party
Outside food and beverage arrangement should have the resort consent. Outsourced vendors' utilization fee will be applied to bring in decorations, entertainment, photography & videography, and wedding cake with the following charges:
• Food stall at IDR 3,500,000 net per stall for up to 3 stalls
• Beverage:
  • Beer by bottle at ID 25,000 net per bottle.
  • Draught beer at IDR 3,500,000 net per event.
  • White, Red, Rose and Sparkling Wine at ID 300,000 net per bottle.
  • Champagne at DR 400,000 net per bottle.
  • Liquor or Spirits at IDR 600,000 net per bottle; included with 10 can of soft drinks or 1 litre of chilled juices with standard garnish.

Soft Drinks: choice of coke, coke zero, sprite, soda water or tonic water.

Chilled Juices: choice of apple, orange, guava, mango, pineapple or lemon.

Garnish: lime, lemon, orange and mint leaf.

•Photography & Videography at DR 5,000,000 net
• Decorations at IDR 8.000.000 net
• Entertainment at DR 10,000,000 net inclusive of 10.000 watt of electricity power
• Wedding cake at DR 2,500,000 net

Food Tasting
One time complimentary food tasting session will be granted once the event is confirmed and deposit payment is received.
Limited to 3 appetizers, 3 main courses and 3 desserts pre-selected items (for buffet menu, excluding live station and heating lamp items) or 1 selected set courses menu.
This session shall only be conducted at least within 30 days prior to the event date.
Minimum 30 - 49 guest: 2 persons
50 - 99 guests: 4 persons
100 guests and above: 6 persons
Additional person will be charged as per the event meals rate or at DR 1,000,000 net/ additional person for wedding package.

Inclement Weather Policy
Backup venue assignment is at resort's discretion and based on venue availability. The resort reserves the right to make final decision to move any outdoor function to an indoor venues to expedite the set up in inclement weather. A decision of moving a function should be made by 1:00 PM before the scheduled function.

Drone and Aerial Shooting
Professional drone shooting pertinent to wedding documentation is allowed within event area upon resort's written permission. Drone must be operated in sight of the pilot at all times and flying in compliable safety distances, minimum of 50 meters above ground level. The flight path is restricted in an open space and unable to fly over private property and area which hotel shall advised.
The drone pilot is legally responsible for the safe conduct of each flight.
The operator is responsible for avoiding collisions with other people or objects - including aircraft or other flying objects.

Marquee and Tent Setup
Holding venue by a day prior the event date is subject to venue rental fee.

After Party
Any after party requirement should be arranged in one of our meeting room and minimum F&B consumption at ID 35,000,000 net for Janger or Legong Room and ID 65,000,000 net for Kecak Ballroom will be applicable for up to 3 hours meeting room usage (10:00 PM - 1:00 AM).

Fireworks Launch
Fireworks launch must be formerly permitted by local community with maximum launch time by 9:00 PM. Any failure to perform and launch within the permitted hour should effect on permanent termination.
Please be aware that due to government events there is a possibility of no fireworks are allowed to be launched on certain days of the year at the last minute notice (within 7 days), a substitution such as Pyrotechnic or an entertainment of equal value will be made available in this case.

Balloon and Lantern Release
The resort neither encourage nor propose any balloon and lantern release in any event in accordance with local ordinances.

Outdoor Sound Curfew
All amplified entertainment on all outdoor venues should be concluded no later than
10:00 PM. Hotel has the full authority to determine the appropriate level of sound amplification.Outdoor Sound Policy
Hotel has the full authority to determine the appropriate level of sound amplification during the event; maximum sound noise approved by the Hotel is maximum 65 DB.
