TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Reservation is included with daily Breakfast for maximum 16 person. Additional person will be charge Rp 500.000++ / person/ night include breakfast.
- Additional stay or extra night will be charge based on today rate and availability. check out time is at 12 noon and Check in Time is at 3:00PM
- During stay, food order from outside will be charge Rp 350.000/day. Self-cooking is not allowed except baby food.
- Pet is not allowed
- Additional event more than inhouse guest will be charge Venue fee $ 1,620++ or seasonal rate and Baniar fee Rp 4.000.000 this amount is for once event.
- Breakage and damage villa stuff, exterior or interior will be charge based on the up-to-date item price.
- Smoking in non-smoking room will be charge Rp 5.000.000 as penalty. Security deposit Rp 10.000.000 by cash must be forward to Jeeva. We will refund one day after event or after checked list
- Any power consumes for sound system and lighting will be charge Rp 2.500.000 for inhouse guest only
- Postponement & Cancellation Policy: Post pone are able for six months from holding statement. And subject to follow update rate or package
- For wedding booking are able to convert to regular stay and valuable rate based on daily rate
- Payment is non refundable
- Wedding Setup: Wedding must be assisted with wedding planner. Decoration is able to start setup from guest arrival status. Flower can put in florist room. Catering able to use one side of garage. All light, sound etc must be connect to generator that provide from Wedding Planner. Lighting only able to connect to villa is for setup preparation only and 100 watt maximum. Other power consume is not permitted. Vendor clear up must be after wedding or same date of wedding day. Curfew for outsourced sound system @ 11.00PM, can use villa in-house sound system from 11:00PM. Please download Sonos Controller in App Store or Play Store. Main parking will be used for guest and invitation. Guest parking maximum 30 cars inside parking area, 8 cars near Pura Anyar, and another car can park at Jalan Pantal Saba. We will prepare one hiace for shuttle. Traffic will be taken care by pecalang and our security. Firework is able as long as approval from Polsek Blahbatuh. Permit letter will be provided from Jeeva Saba and sign with chief village and Bendesa Adat.
