Inclement Weather Plan
Weather in Bali is generally is currently unpredictable and it does rain occasionally in the dry season and there can be many dry days in the wet season too. Larger events (above 50 guests) will require a marquee and this will incur an additional charge.
Flowers
Personalised decoration is available upon request. Wedding couples who engage an outside vendor for the wedding celebrations must note that non-genuine flowers are strictly not permitted for decoration purposes. All flowers used for the occasion must be fresh flowers. The design of decoration must be sent to the Alila event coordinator for approval to ensure that the decoration is in line with the Alila Villas brand.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The above packages are valid for bookings made between now and 31 December 2025. All rates can change without prior notice. Additional guests outside of the pre-agreed numbers shall be chargeable.
Food and beverage arrangements as well as food and beverage services must be provided by the resort. No outside food is to be brought into the hotel by the client without the resort’s consent.
The final guaranteed number of guests for the reception dinner should be at minimum the same as the total number of attendees for the wedding ceremony, to be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. The number of guests guaranteed 30 days prior to the event will be billed accordingly even if the final number of guests falls short on the date of the function. Any additional guests attending your event will be charged accordingly.
Deposit Requirements
A non refundable first deposit of 50% of the confirmed package is required to guarantee the space. A letter of agreement will be issued by Alila Villas Uluwatu within 48 hours of the event confirmation. Balance payment for all the confirmed arrangements will be required 30 days (1 month) prior to the date of the event.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply: Less than 180 days - 50% of the estimated total amount or non-refundable deposit. Less than 120 days - 75% of the estimated total amount. Less than 90 days - 100% of the estimated total amount.
Force Majeure
The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, government authorities, disasters or other emergencies, any of which may make it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities and/or services for the events or to accommodate the group. In the event of force majeure, any deposit that has been paid is not reimbursable. This agreement may be terminated for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other without liability.
